Class Overview
Think partnered pad work meets military style fitness. These workouts cover all bases and are designed to work your entire body to give you a complete workout. You’ll increase both cardiovascular and muscular fitness levels in this class whilst also learning some fundamental boxing techniques whilst you’re at it!

Classes run for 1hr with programmed breaks throughout.

Do I need to know how to box before I start?
No, absolutely no prior experience is necessary.
Is there sparring involved?
No, we have dedicated sparring times for those looking to test their skills against others.
How is it different from boxing skills and drills?
Boxing bootcamp is not as focused on the technical aspect of boxing. The best way to think about the class is 70% functional fitness and 30% boxing.
Who’s it for?
Anyone who wants to get a feel for the Black Diamond atmosphere but isn’t exactly sure about what style of workout best suits them yet. Perfect for those wanting to increase their fitness levels, lose weight and tone muscle.
What to bring
You’ll need:
- A set of hand wraps (included in Membership)
- Water bottle
- Comfortable, sturdy shoes
- Towel
You might like to have:
- Your own gloves
