If you’ve got a passion for the sweet science or are simply looking to learn the skills involved with boxing, then the boxing skills and drills class is for you.

Class Overview

Professional level coaching and supervision by top level coaches and fighters in the sweet science of boxing including combination building, footwork, defence, counter, punching, etc for first timers to fighter & all in between.

(Suitable for men & women of all abilities aged 14)

Class Structure

Boxing skills and drills is a drop-in drop-out style workout programmed for 1 hour with breaks throughout.


Do I need to know how to box before I start?

No, absolutely no prior experience is necessary.

Is there sparring involved?

No, we have dedicated sparring times for those looking to test their skills against others.

Can anyone come to a class?

Yes, we cater to all experience levels.

Who’s it for?

Anyone who wants to get a feel for the Black Diamond atmosphere but isn’t exactly sure about what style of workout best suits them yet. Perfect for those wanting to increase their fitness levels, lose weight and tone muscle.

What to bring

You’ll need:

  • A set of hand wraps (Included in Membership)
  • Water bottle
  • Comfortable, sturdy shoes
  • Towel

You might like to have:

  • Your own gloves

Everything else will be provided for you! We have all of these items for purchase behind the front counter if you decide to purchase your own. Just ask our friendly staff!
