Our weekly 80min super session featuring a three block format. This being 30mins of Boxing with our pro boxing coaches, 30mins of strength & conditioning with our head of performance, finally finishing with 20mins of group cardio and abs for a massive challenge-style class for those wanting to finish the week on top after conquering this mammoth session.

No, absolutely no prior experience is necessary.

The Diamond Cut bootcamp is a super session and focuses on all aspects of boxing within three block format session.
Who’s it for?
Anyone who wants to get a feel for the Black Diamond atmosphere but isn’t exactly sure about what style of workout best suits them yet. Perfect for those wanting to increase their fitness levels, lose weight and tone muscle.
What to bring
You’ll need:
- A set of hand wraps (included in Membership)
- Water bottle
- Comfortable, sturdy shoes
- Towel
You might like to have:
- Your own gloves
Everything else will be provided for you! We have all of these items for purchase behind the front counter if you decide to purchase your own. Just ask our friendly staff!
