Early Bird

The before work special! If you prefer to begin your day with a solid workout then this is the sessions for you!

Class Overview

The early bird is a varied workout session. With a base consisting of fundamental, high-intensity old-school boxing methodologies this class aims to improve your cardiovascular fitness and muscle tone whilst providing you with an authentic boxing experience.

Class Structure

Set up as a 1-hour class beginning at 5am we have our total workout completed by 6! Giving you enough time to get ready and start your day.


Do I need to know how to box before I start?

No, absolutely no prior experience is necessary.

Is there sparring involved?

No, we have dedicated sparring times for those looking to test their skills against others.

Are there shower facilities available?

Yes, we have bathrooms and showers available.

Who’s it for?

Sometimes referred to as the ‘tradie special’ the early bird class is for the individual looking to get a solid hit-out first thing in the morning.

What to bring

You’ll need:

  • A set of hand wraps
  • Water bottle
  • Comfortable, sturdy shoes
  • Towel

 You might like to have:

  • Your own gloves

Everything else will be provided for you! We have all of these items for purchase behind the front counter if you decide to purchase your own. Just ask our friendly staff!
