Class Overview

This class focuses on using free weight isolation exercises and our huge range of strength and conditioning equipment to increase muscle mass and overall power.

Class Structure

Strength and conditioning is a drop-in drop-out style workout programmed for 1 hour with breaks throughout.


Is there boxing involved?

No, this class is designed specifically for the use of weight training equipment.

Do I need to know anything before hand?

No, all of our strength and conditioning classes are designed to suit anyone of any experience level.

Will my form be supervised to reduce the chance of injury?

Yes, the strength and conditioning class is a great place to start for those looking to build muscle that haven’t had any prior experience. Each class is run by a trained professional who will ensure that you are conducting the exercises properly and in the safest manner possible.

Everything else will be provided for you! We have all of these items for purchase behind the front counter if you decide to purchase your own. Just ask our friendly staff!
