A traditional yoga class run by an experienced yoga practitioner. This class aims to help you reconnect with your body after a week of hard workouts and living. You’ll reduce the risk of future injury, reconnect with yourself and reset your mind with our calming yoga class.
1 hour class run continuously.
Do I have to do other classes to participate?
No, you are more than welcome to stop in for a yoga session only!
Do I need to have done yoga before?
No, we do not expect any prior knowledge prior to participation.
I’ve had an injury previously, can I still attend?
Yes, but best to speak to our yoga instructor beforehand if you are feeling uncomfortable with any poses.
Who’s it for?
You don’t have to know yoga to come along. We have rugby players, professional boxers and stay at home mums all participating in our yoga class. If you are looking to reduce stress, the chance of injury and improve your flexibility than this class if for you.
