Youth boxing

The perfect introduction for young kids into the world of benefits boxing has to offer!

Class Overview

This class is specifically designed for our younger participants (12 and under) that haven’t had any prior boxing experience. We teach them the fundamentals of boxing whilst also incorporating fun and inclusive games to keep them engaged. Your child will improve their fitness, strength and overall self-confidence in our youth program.

Class Structure

1 hour class with programmed breaks throughout.


Will my kids be sparring?

No, as kids progress in their training they will be offered more competitive classes and potentially the opportunity to spar but it does not occur in our youth program.

Is it safe?

Yes! Contrary to popular belief, boxing is actually one of the safest sports kids can participate in. Far safer than the likes soccer and football even.

Can I watch?

Yes, we encourage parents to stay and watch their children learn and grow! There is seating available.

Who’s it for?

All kids! Whether your child has struggled with bullying or is simply getting bored at home and needs some outdoor fun activity this is the class for them. Boxing offers tremendous benefits for young people, it helps them improve their self-discipline and attitude toward life and others.

What to bring

You’ll need:

  • Water bottle
  • Hand wraps
  • Comfortable, sturdy shoes
  • Towel

 You might like to have:

–        Your own gloves

 Everything else will be provided for you! We have all of these items for purchase behind the front counter if you decide to purchase your own. Just ask our friendly staff!
